The circular informs Members that the California Office of Spill Prevention and Response (CA OSPR) has recently amended the relevant provisions in the CA Code of Regulations on evidence of financial security and renewal procedures for CA Certificates of Financial Responsibility (COFRs).
In June 2024, the Group hosted a Correspondents Seminar at the Renaissance Harbour View hotel and the Artyzen Club in Hong Kong. Attendees included representatives from all 12 IG Clubs and more than 250 correspondents from across the world.
